This place is phenomenal! The wings are great with the right amount of sauce, nothing sloppy. The staff was friendly and provided details in their food. Luis and Ariana are the Go To! I live in NJ and I came to enjoy the views of Colorado. The wings got me! Chris is the GM and was there asking how everything came out. Normally don't see GMs doing so. The staff is very caring and because of that, I'm definitely coming back!
This was my first time trying wing shack. Branden was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable of the sauces they have. The wings were made perfectly! I will definitely be back.
The staff at the Boulder and Longmont stores are so friendly and accommodating. Daniel was so friendly and helpful when we visited today. The GM is doing a great job!
I had a poor quality post about the wings I picked up a few weeks ago. I was quite unhappy, and the owner reached out to me the next day to rectify my experience. Chris asked if I would give it another try, and I did. The latest order was 4 different flavors and I have to say they were cooked perfectly and sauced well. I informed the owner that I will return and I appreciate the quick response and attention to detail. Go get some wings!
This is one of the best Wing Shacks we've ever been to. The service was phenomenal, the wait time was almost non-existent, and the crew is so great. Aden in the kitchen cooked up our wings quickly and to perfection. We love coming here on date night, a perfect place to enjoy great food and service. Also, the crew deserves everything the company can give em. To the CEO, you have a great team here. They work together, care for each other, and put customer satisfaction first. Reward them if you can, they should be a role model for other stores.
So good! 10/10. 20 wings you can pick 4 flavors-crazy work. Spicy is actually spicy, but not overwhelming. Very fresh, clearly made to order. Wing stop could never. Monique is so sweet, definitely deserves a raise/ more hours.
Drove up from Denver today to try this and we were soooo happy we did. The cashier was very friendly and helpful when it came to the sauces. The food runners and other employees were more than helpful and friendly as well. It has actually been a long time since receiving service like we had tonight! But for the best part ......the wings were delicious. The 3 sauces we chose were all amazing. Our fries were very good as well. They gave us plenty of dipping sauce which is nice not to have to ask for more. We will definitely be back!
